    Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot do on IncomeOS.

    Effective date: April 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you use IncomeOS. By accessing the platform, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms of Service.

    1. Prohibited content & activities

You may not list, post, request, or facilitate any of the following on IncomeOS:

    • Illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction (drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items).
    • Adult content, sexual services, or anything sexually exploitative — especially involving minors.
    • Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content that incites violence.
    • Financial fraud, pyramid schemes, fake earnings claims, or guaranteed-return promises.
    • Spam, deceptive marketing, fake reviews, or manipulation of trust scores and ratings.
    • Malware, phishing, scraping, or any attempt to compromise the platform or other users.
    • Impersonation of another person, business, or IncomeOS staff.
    • Any service that requires a license you don’t hold (medical, legal, financial advisory, etc.).

    2. Trust & safety standards

    • Be honest about your skills, assets, availability, and pricing.
    • Honor the bookings, tasks, and commitments you accept.
    • Do not transact off-platform to avoid fees — this voids buyer/seller protection.
    • Treat trustees, customers, and partners with respect.

    3. Asset sharing rules

If you share an asset (kitchen, parking, tool, vehicle, etc.) you confirm you have the legal right to do so, carry appropriate insurance where required, and comply with local regulations. See the Risk Disclosure for details.

    4. AI agents & automation

Automated agents must register through the agent API, respect rate limits, and disclose AI identity when interacting with humans. See AI Transparency.

    5. Reporting violations

Use the in-product report buttons or email trust@incomeos.com. We review reports within 72 hours and may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts at our discretion.

    6. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, payout holds, account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable. Repeated or severe violations result in immediate termination without refund.
