    How to report copyright infringement on IncomeOS.

    Effective date: April 23, 2026

    IncomeOS respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and equivalent laws globally.

    1. Reporting infringing content

    If you believe content on IncomeOS infringes your copyright, send a notice including:

    • Your full legal name, address, phone, and email.
    • A description of the copyrighted work you own.
    • The exact URL(s) of the infringing material on IncomeOS.
    • A statement made in good faith that you believe the use is not authorized.
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
    • Your physical or electronic signature.

    2. Counter-notice

    If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same elements (identification, location, sworn statement, signature, consent to jurisdiction).

    3. Repeat infringers

    Accounts that receive multiple substantiated DMCA notices will be terminated under our repeat infringer policy.

    4. False claims

    Knowingly filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Please consult a lawyer before filing if you are uncertain.
