    Risk Disclosure & Earnings Disclaimer

Understand the risks of earning, sharing assets, and operating on IncomeOS.

    Effective date: April 23, 2026

    1. About the earnings examples you see

Any income figures you see on IncomeOS — landing-page stories, "first win" examples, AI suggestions, currency-specific numbers like ₹500 or $135 — are just examples. What you actually earn depends on your skills, your network, where you live, demand, and how much effort you put in. We don't promise any specific income or outcome.

    2. You earn as an independent person

IncomeOS is a place to find work and tools to help you do it. You are not our employee or contractor. That means you take care of:

    • Your own taxes and reporting (for example, 1099-K in the US, ITR in India, GST/VAT where it applies).
    • Any licences, permits, or insurance your work needs.
    • Local rules — for home businesses, food, transport, and so on.

    3. Risks when you rent out your things

When you share a kitchen, parking spot, tools, vehicle, or room, please understand:

    • Things can get damaged, lost, or stolen. IncomeOS does not provide insurance.
    • You decide who to rent to and how to check them.
    • Some items (cars, commercial kitchens) need their own insurance — please confirm before listing.
    • Local rules, building societies, or your rent agreement may not allow this.

    4. About Trust Scores and matches

Trust Scores are calculated by our own software. They're a useful signal, not a guarantee of how someone will behave or whether they'll pay. Always check for yourself before working with someone new.

    5. Inco's suggestions are guidance, not advice

Inco's tips are based on your activity and what's happening in the market. They are not financial, legal, tax, or career advice. For big decisions, please talk to a qualified professional. See AI Transparency.

    6. Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, IncomeOS and its team are not liable for indirect or knock-on damages from using the app, sharing things, following AI suggestions, or transactions between members. The full text is in our Terms of Service.
